如您计划去新加坡并需要申请新加坡入境签证，请通过新加坡使领馆授权的签证代办单位/旅行社提交您的签证申请。授权代办单位/旅行社收取的新加坡签证费用统一固定为RMB 300（包括签证费和服务费）。
若您有认识的本地联系人（21岁以上的新加坡公民/永久居民），也可通过联系人担保申请新加坡签证。
切勿通过非授权的代理商或陌生人提交您的签证申请，以免受骗或遭受不必要的财务损失、信息被盗用等风险。

外籍人员入境条件
从2024年2月9日起，中国签发的普通护照持有人可免办签证，在新加坡停留不超过30天。中国因公护照持有人不需要申请新加坡签证入境新加坡。
持中国签发的所有其他旅行证件者，在前往新加坡之前，仍需申请入境签证。
如果您持有其他护照/旅行证件，您可以在ICA网站上查看是您否需要签证。
新加坡签证不是入境通行证。它是有效新加坡签证持有人前往并寻求入境新加坡的入境前许可。入境通行证的授予将由入境受理。每个签证申请都将根据其自身情况进行考虑。
申请签证
新加坡驻华大使馆（北京）和我们驻成都，广州，上海和厦门的总领事馆自2014年12月8日起已停止接收签证申请。您可以到本馆授权单位/旅行社递交您的签证申请。签证申请必须由申请人亲自提交给授权单位/旅行社，18岁以下的未成年人和其他授权申请人除外。
若您有本地联系人（新加坡公民/永久居民），他/她也可以使用其Singpass账号通过ICA电子服务系统在线为您提交签证申请。
领取签证
请通过本馆指定的单位/旅行社领取签证。
您还可以使用您的签证申请编号和旅行证件号码通过ICA电子服务系统的“查询申请状态”功能，查询您的电子签证。
强烈建议您在前往新加坡时打印并携带电子签证，以尽量减少与航空公司和移民当局的不便。

若对新加坡签证申请有任何疑问，请联系我们的授权单位/旅行社。
重要注意事项
签证申请是否被批准，及批准的有效期限都由签证官根据申请者个别情况决定。
申请人可能需要按个别情况提供未列明的其他证明文件。
建议申请者在签证申请获得批准后再购买机票。
建议申请者在计划旅行前2- 3周提交签证申请。如果过早提交签证申请，签证的有效期在计划旅行日期之前已经失效，则需要提交新的签证申请。
签证持有者并不一定可以入境新加坡。签证持有人须符合入境规定方可准许入境，如有效护照，足够的资金和往返机票（如需要）。新加坡移民与关卡局官员有权决定其是否可入境。
访客必须在抵达新加坡前3天内通过ICA电子服务系统提交新加坡电子入境卡。
自2022年3月11日起，护照上不再加盖入境章。注明授予的逗留期限的电子通行证将通过电子入境卡上提交的电子邮件地址发送给访客。
在新加坡，逾期逗留是一种应受惩罚的罪行。访客若欲在已授予的逗留期限后继续逗留，可以通过ICA电子服务系统向ICA提出延长逗留期限的申请（需经批准）。
常见签证问题

答:
如果您需要签证才能入境新加坡，您必须申请新加坡签证，并在抵达新加坡 之前获得经批准的签证。
问:
关于存款证明，我需要冻结么？需要冻结多长时间？金额需要多少？
答:
存款证明不需要冻结。银行存款证明的金额没有具体要求但银行签发日期必须是签证申请递交日期的1个月内。此证明应能够如实的反映您的经济能力。

2023新加坡旅游签证申请及入境攻略 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册2023新加坡旅游签证申请及入境攻略丹妮毕业于英国赫特福德大学金融系，在新加坡生活二十年的武汉美美。 2023年，随着疫情逐步的开放，越来越多的人开始申请新加坡旅游签证。个人旅游签证的申请资料4A申请表填写及亲笔签名2. 在职证明，如无职业，需要提供银行存款证明3. 护照首页复印件，有效期6个月以上4. 2张2寸白底彩照（35mm宽、45mm长）5. 身份证复印件探亲签证的申请材料以上1-5的资料基础上，需补充亲属关系证明（如结婚证复印件，亲属护照复印件，亲属EP/SP/PR/公民身份卡的复印件等等）商务签证的申请资料以上1-5的资料基础上，需要补充邀请函，V39A表格以及新加坡公司商业注册资料【需要注意的是】： 1. 中国大陆因私护照至少6个月有效期；至少留有1页空白签证页，不含备注页；须有中文签名（不可用铅笔）；无拒签记录。 2. 照片：三个月内拍摄的2寸白底登记照（电子版本） 3. 身份证复印件：身份证正反两面复印件(正反面在同一页纸上）。 4. 中文在职证明（在职人员提供） （1）由人事或公司管理人员签名或盖本人私章，并盖公司（公章）或（人力资源章）或（财务章）或（部门章），请按模版提供（使用抬头信纸打印，抬头包括公司名称、地址、电话和传真，若无抬头信纸，可自行编辑打印）； （2）如申请人是法人代表，请人事或其他公司管理人员签名或盖本人私章；出行人不能为自己签名，同行人也不可以互相签名； （3）如教师在寒暑假期间无法提供在职证明，则提供可体现学校名称的工作证复印件。 5. 个人信息表 填写完整并中文签名，填写的联系电话需保持畅通。 6. 签证申请表 Form 14A （1）下载并用A4纸打印； （2）英文完整填写，无需粘贴照片； （3）本人在签名栏处用黑色水笔中文签名（与护照签名一致）； （4）18周岁以下者由父亲或母亲签孩子姓名，并在签名后注（父代/母代）。 7. 资产证明：银行开具的本人名下至少5000元/人的存款证明原件，“存款日期”或“开立日期”须在出行前30天内且需冻结到归国后。 8. 行程单 机打在A4纸上中文或英文的行程单，包含往返航班信息、全程酒店的信息（包含酒店名称、地址、电话以及入住时间）及具体的行程安排。 9. 针对人群相关材料（退休人员） （1）退休复印件； （2）如未办理或遗失，用本人名下近6个月养老金对账单原件或银行开具的本人名下至少5000元以上的存款证明原件代替。（对账单须有“养老金”或“退休工资”字样；存款证明中的“存款日期”或“开立日期”须在出行前30天内,冻结期到归国后）。 10. 学生及学龄前儿童需要提供在校证明 （1）班主任或其他老师签名或盖本人私章，并盖学校（公章）或（教务处章），按模版提供（用抬头纸打印，抬头包括学校名称、地址、电话和传真）； （2）如遇寒暑假，可用学生证或学籍卡复印件代替在校证明。 （3）关系证明（18周岁以下者孩童）提供（出生证明复印件）或（独生子女证复印件）或（亲属关系公证书复印件）或（体现其与父母关系的户口簿整本复印件）或（派出所开具的关系证明原件盖红章） 11. 收到签证后核对自己的信息（姓名拼音名、出生年月、护照号等信息），核对无误后用A4纸无缩放打印，随护照原件一同使用。 12. 签证申请是否被批准，及批准的有效期限都由签证官根据申请者个别情况决定。建议在签证批准后再购买机票。*对于签证申请表 Form 14A的填写，如下入境新加坡的准备1. 入境新加坡之前三天内填写新加坡入境卡（SG arrival card），提交后会收到邮件，无需打印，走人工通道的话建议在手机保存备查（出示PDF页面或邮件均可）入境卡填写网站：https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/2. 国际疫苗健康证明（打印，微信小程序：防疫健康码）3. 疫苗接种要求：至少2针科兴、国药。对未完全接种 COVID-19 WHO 疫苗的旅行者的要求； 1）在出发前两天内，进行以下任何 COVID-19 测试： - COVID-19 聚合酶链反应测试；或者 - 由受过培训的专业人员管理的抗原快速测试 (ART)，或由新加坡经批准的 ART 提供者远程监督的自行管理的 ART [仅适用于新加坡公民、永久居民和长期准证持有人（包括原则上批准的持有人）]显示阴性测试结果的出发前测试 (PDT) 报告必须为英文（或附有经过公证的英文翻译），并清楚说明旅客的姓名、测试日期以及旅客的出生日期或用于前往新加坡的护照的护照号码。仅当在出发前往新加坡日期前 14 至 90 天的 COVID-19 检测呈阳性时，才不需要进行 Pre-Departure Test。 2）如未接种或者未完全接种疫苗者，需要购买涵盖 COVID-19 的旅行保险，以及至少 30,000 新元的医疗保险。 3）出生年份为 12 岁及以下（2011 年 1 月 1 日或之后出生）的旅客免于采取 COVID-19 边境措施。 4. 持护照原件，电子签证，返程机票行程单打印件，入境卡记录进入新加坡。编辑于 2023-01-27 12:27・IP 属地新加坡新加坡新加坡移民签证办理赞同 7126 条评论分享喜欢收藏申请

签证入境
1.签证 中国公民持因私普通护照前往新加坡，应提前办理入境签证。中国公民持外交护照、公务护照（含公务普通护照），到新加坡停留不超过30天者，免办签证；若停留超过30天，或以工作、学习及营利活动为目的，应根据新加坡政府主管部门规定申办签证或准证。新加坡实行电子签证。申请电子签证有关要求详见新加坡驻华使领馆网站。签证获批后应认真核对姓名、性别、出生日期、护照号码、入境次数等信息，确保准确无误并与护照一致。如发现信息有误，应及时改正，持信息错误的签证赴新将可能导致被拒绝入境。请注意:（1）停留期。新加坡签证仅显示有效期（指不晚于某时进入新加坡）和次数，在新加坡可停留时间以入境时签发的电子准证（Visit Pass or e-Pass）为准。（2）入境次数。签证次数要提前确认。如要到新加坡周边马来西亚、印度尼西亚旅游再返回新加坡，则需办理两次或多次有效签证。 2.96小时免签入境待遇 中国公民经新加坡往返第三国（地区），可享受96小时免签证过境新加坡的待遇。但需同时满足下列条件： （1）护照有效期至少6个月； （2）持有96小时内离境的机票或船票（从入境次日零时开始计算）； （3）持有美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰、日本、德国、瑞士其中一国签发的有效签证，并且在入境新加坡时，该签证有效期为1个月以上； （4）如持上述国家单次有效签证出行，签证在入境该国时被使用，返程亦可免签过境新加坡，但行程须从签证签发国直接赴新且转机目的地为中国。 过境旅客可凭上述材料在移民边检柜台直接申请免签入境许可，不收取任何费用。 有关政策详情请参见新加坡驻华使馆或新加坡移民局官网（https://www.ica.gov.sg/）。 3．出入境须知（1）入境前三天内（含入境日）需通过新加坡移民局官方网站（https://www.ica.gov.sg/）或下载“MyICA Mobile”APP填写并提交电子入境卡（SG Arrival Card），并下载打印确认邮件。在新直接转机无需入境的旅客，经陆路检查站进入新加坡的新加坡永久居民、长期准证持有者无需申办电子入境卡。入境时，需向新加坡移民边检柜台官员出示护照、电子签证、电子入境卡，现场采集虹膜、面容、指纹等生物识别信息。由于移民边检官员有可能对旅客来新目的的真实性进行核查，建议事先准备好返程或续程机票订单以及可证明有能力支付在新期间费用的材料。如在抵达新加坡前6天内曾赴黄热病流行国家，还需出示黄热病疫苗接种证明。此外，曾注册过生物识别信息的旅客可使用自助通关系统入境。入境手续完成后，电子准证将以邮件方式发送，不加盖入境章。请注意，即使持有效签证，也可能被拒绝入境。如入境受阻，请保持冷静，避免出现过激言行或贿赂有关官员。如受到不公正对待，要注意收集和保存证据，以便日后诉诸法律解决。必要时可与中国驻新加坡使馆联系（使馆领事保护与协助紧急求助电话：+65-64750165）。（2）出境时，建议使用自助通关系统，也可在移民边检柜台出示护照、机票出境。樟宜机场已于2018年1月起全面终止呼叫乘客登机的广播服务，只有紧急事故、儿童走失、航班延误、登机口变动等重要信息才会广播通知乘客。建议合理安排行程，提前确认好航班信息，及时查看登机时间，以免误机。
海关防疫
新加坡入境检查站设有红色与绿色两种通道。新加坡关税局规定，赴新者若携带超出规定消费税或关税免税优惠数额及其他需缴税的物品、管制性或限制性物品、禁运物品，须使用红色通道。其中，管制物品须有入口准证或相关部门签发的授权书方可入新。未携带上述三种物品，则使用绿色通道。海关工作人员有时会在绿色通道进行选择性检查。应完整、准确申报，错误申报可被判罚款最高1万新元或监禁。贩毒在新加坡属于严重罪行，贩毒者可被判处死刑。切勿替他人携带物品，若所携带物品为（或者包括）禁运、管制或需缴税物品，携带者将为这些物品负责。●禁运物品（包括但不限于）：口香糖（牙科和医用口香糖除外）；口嚼烟草与仿烟草产品（如电子香烟）；手枪或左轮手枪式样的打火机；管制药物和精神药物；鞭炮；淫秽刊物、出版物、录像带、光碟与软件；盗版出版物、录像带、光碟、影碟、激光唱片、或卡带；煽动性及谋反性资料；濒危野生动物及其衍生物。●管制物品（包括但不限于）：动物、飞禽、鱼类、植物和有关产品；光碟、影碟、影片和视频游戏；武器和军火炸药；药物和医药产品；电信和无线电通信设备；手铐和警棍。●需缴税物品：酒类，包括烈性酒、葡萄酒、啤酒、麦酒、黑啤酒和果酒；烟草产品，包括香烟及雪茄；发动机燃料等。另外，酒精浓度超过0.5%的饮料必须缴纳关税，包括啤酒混合饮料、瓶装酒精饮料及一般保健和烹饪用途的酒类，如法国廊酒、药酒和米酒。●需提供通关许可证物品：事先通过有资质的新加坡公司向关税局申请，获批准后持关税局核发的许可文件入关。超过400克统一包装香烟或其它烟草产品，超过10公升的酒类，超过10公升的发动机燃料（装于机动车备用容器内），超过500克的私用投资贵金属，供贸易、商业或商务用途且消费税超过300新元的进口物品，价值超过400新元并且明确标示为商用样本的物品（酒类和烟草产品除外）。18周岁及以上、从马来西亚以外国家或地区入境新加坡、且抵新前在境外逗留不少于48小时的旅客，可享有以下任意一种组合的酒类关税免税优惠：（一）1公升烈性酒，1公升葡萄酒；（二）1公升葡萄酒和1公升啤酒；（三）1公升烈酒和1公升啤酒；（四）2公升葡萄酒；（五）2公升啤酒。需要注意的是，这些酒只供自用且有关品类未被法律禁止引进新加坡。出、入境新加坡若携带超过2万新元等值的货币或可转让证券，必须向新加坡警察局提交申报表。具体流程为入境时填写NP727表格后交给红色通道官员，出境时将有关表格交给出境检查柜台官员。上述表格可在出、入境检查柜台获取或在新加坡警察局官网上下载。如未按要求申报有关情况，旅客将面临最高50,000新元的罚款和/或最高三年的监禁，相关证券将会被扣押和/或没收。课税、免税、禁止、限制、管制物品的有关问题，可咨询新加坡关税局（电话：+65-63552000；电邮：customs_feedback@customs.gov.sg），也可登录该局官网（https://www.customs.gov.sg/）下载旅客通关指南（中文版）。
居留入籍
准证（Pass）是外国人在新加坡合法逗留、工作、学习和培训的证件。根据赴新目的，主要分为长期探访准证、工作准证、学生准证、家属准证等。详情可登陆新加坡移民局官网（ https://www.ica.gov.sg/）或新加坡人力部官网（https://www.mom.gov.sg/）查询。

入境新加坡是否需要申请签证？
大多数旅客入境新加坡无须申请签证。
关于需要有效签证方可入境新加坡的国家/地区名单，您可以查看新加坡移民与关卡局 (Immigration & Checkpoint Authority) 的网站，或向离您最近的新加坡海外领事处咨询。
如何查询获准的停留期限？
您可查看入境时在护照上的盖章所显示的停留期限。
抵达新加坡时是否需要填写任何手续？
在清关后，您应在离开出发点前填写您的新加坡入境卡。您可以浏览新加坡移民与关卡局的网站以提交您的抵达信息。可以在您抵达前 3 天内预先填好入境卡。
离境新加坡
在离境新加坡前，是否有任何可享受的便捷服务？
符合自动通关条件的旅客可使用改良后的自动通关系统 (eIACS)。
虽然这项服务通常适用于新加坡公民、永久居民、长期探访准证持有者和工作准证持有者，但根据新加坡移民与关卡局的常旅计划，经常到新加坡的旅客也有资格享受这项服务。

您的到来，我们期盼已久！目前，新加坡已向所有旅客开放，无论是否完成冠病疫苗接种，都无须接受隔离或出示核酸检测阴性结果报告。
普通旅行
我们欢迎所有旅客（包括未完成冠病疫苗接种的旅客）到访新加坡 。来自符合条件的国家/地区的旅客还可以使用移民与关卡局自动通关倡议（Automated Clearance Initiative）下的自动通道，办理出入境手续。
自2023年2月13日起，所有入境新加坡的旅客都不再需要出示入境许可、行前核酸检测、落地核酸检测、隔离或购买冠病旅行保险。

出发前三天：通过新加坡移民与关卡局 (ICA) 网站的官方免费电子服务提交新加坡入境卡 (SG Arrival Card) 和电子健康声明
简化冠病防疫措施
我们最新的冠病防疫措施，让您能够安心开启新加坡探索之旅。
戴口罩
室内外及搭乘公共交通时均无须佩戴口罩。在医疗和住院护理机构和病患接触的访客和工作人员仍需戴口罩。
堂食
所有的人都可以堂食。这包括餐饮场所、小贩中心和咖啡店。
活动与夜间娱乐
所有的人都可以参加活动或进入夜间娱乐场所（包括酒吧和卡拉 OK）。
1根据您前往和/或出发的目的地，某些航班、游轮和渡轮可能要求乘客全程戴口罩。 建议旅客在旅行前与相应的运营商确认戴口罩的规定。

If you hold a travel document issued by one of the countries or places listed below, you will require a valid Singapore entry visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Singapore.Possession of a valid visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Visa Requirements
A Singapore entry visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass will be determined by the ICA officers at the point of entry. The period of stay granted is not tied to the validity of your visa.From 11 March 2022,
all foreign visitors arriving in Singapore will be notified digitally of their Visit Pass (e-Pass) through email. There will not be any endorsement on your passport. The e-Pass notification will indicate the period of stay granted
and last day of stay allowed. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address when submitting the SG Arrival Card.

To ensure a smooth journey, travellers seeking to enter Singapore should comply with the Entry and Public Health requirements listed below.
1) General Entry Requirements
1a) Immigration Requirements
To enter Singapore, travellers must meet the following immigration requirements:
i) Passport Validity
Have minimum 6-month passport validity if you are not a Singapore passport holder
ii) Visa
Short term travellers holding a passport or travel document from a visa-required country/region must apply for a Visa
Visa-required travellers can use the Visa-Free Transit Facility for stay of less than 96 hours in Singapore, if eligible
iii) Security and Immigration Processes on Arrival
Ensure that you do not bring prohibited items into Singapore
Familiarise yourself with immigration/customs clearance procedures, including whether you are eligible for automated clearance
Short-Term travellers should have sufficient cash and proof of onward travel (tickets, visas), and ensure that you do not stay beyond your visit pass validity. You may retrieve your e-Pass after arrival using the e-Pass Enquiry Portal or check your visit pass validity using the visit pass validity tool.
Submit Online
1b) SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
All travellers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) before arriving in Singapore, except:
Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and
Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders entering via land checkpoints.
Submission of SGAC is Free and can be done via the SGAC e-Service or MyICA Mobile app. Please refer to SGAC with Electronic Health Declaration for more information.
1c) Post-arrival Advisories
Short Term Visitors
Visitors who wish to stay beyond the period of stay granted can apply for a visit pass extension online using the e-Service. Applications are subject to approval.
Travellers on short-term visit pass are also not permitted to engage in any business, professional or paid employment activities when in Singapore. Overstaying is also a punishable offence in Singapore.
2) Public Health Requirements
To avoid tests and quarantine, travellers must fulfil the public health requirements below. Travellers who cannot meet the public health requirements and refuse any test(s) and/or quarantine may be turned away from Singapore.
2a) Yellow Fever Requirements
Produce an International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever, if you have visited any country at risk of Yellow Fever transmission in the six (6) days prior to arrival in Singapore.
Travellers must serve quarantine for six (6) days from date of departure from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission if they cannot meet the requirement. Quarantine also applies to those who are ineligible to receive the vaccination e.g., children aged one year and below and individuals with contraindications, and travellers whose yellow fever vaccination certificate has yet to become valid.
2b) COVID-19 Requirements
There are no longer any COVID-19 measures for travellers arriving in Singapore from 13 Feb 2023, regardless of vaccination status or traveller profile.
