SAE/AISI钢级代号解析 - 知乎首发于轧钢之家切换模式写文章登录/注册SAE/AISI钢级代号解析千锤百锻终成钢经济专业技术资格证持证人 随着钢铁材料的国际贸易业务量越来越多，询单中常会遇到SAE/AISI钢级代号，如常见的SAE1008、SAE1095等。网络上关于SAE/AISI钢级代号的说明很少，也比较片面，因此进行相对系统地介绍对钢铁进出口贸易是很有帮助的。简单地说，国际贸易中遇到SAE代号，首先要做的是——“先问问清楚”，至于为什么，我们看正文。牌号千万条 标准第一条 谈钢无标准 吃亏两行泪 SAE/AISI是一种钢级数字编码，起源于二十世纪三十年代。1930至1940年间，美国钢铁协会（AISI）和美国汽车工程师协会（SAE）都参与了钢的数字编码体系的标准化工作。他们在这方面做的工作非常相似，而且有明显的重叠。（当然，也影响了效率。）几十年后，这两套编码体系被逐渐被整合到一起：一个称为AISI / SAE的钢级命名联合体系。1995年，AISI将这个联合体系未来的维护工作转交给了SAE。原因么，据说是因为AISI将不再发布任何新的钢牌号的标准规范。SAE/AISI的价值在于：设计师，热处理人员，绘图员和工程师，可通过这套钢级命名体系，获得有关钢种类型及其等级的一般信息（虽然信息并不全面）。迄今为止，在美国的钢铁产品报价和产品认证时，也还经常引用SAE和AISI的钢级代号，并不刻意区分。（划重点：这个数字代号只是一种粗浅的区分，并不等同于标准。）例如：在关于合金钢/碳钢的钢级方面，相关的商业证书上可能会写成“4140”，“AISI 4140”或“SAE 4140”，虽然写法不一样，但在大多数一般工业用途的场景下，上述任何一种写法都被认为是充分的，并且被认为是等同的。但是，这个钢级的数字代号常用于进行一般的用途区分，当涉及到具体零件相关的设计规范或图纸上时，通道有必要将钢产品限定到一个非常具体的标准上去。例如，“ASTM-A108 4140圆钢”或“SAE AMS 6349 4140 圆钢”。（划重点：这时出现了标准。）多年以来，SAE/AISI对合金钢和碳钢，一直采用4位数字组合的数字编码，来指定特定的钢级。合金钢和碳钢的等级区分，是以规定的标准化学成分为基础实施的。（国际上钢的分类通常分为合金钢和碳钢，如ISO）SAE/AISI对碳钢和合金钢的分级规则SAE的碳钢和合金钢钢级命名体系，主要使用4位数字组合，来指定合金钢和碳钢的化学成分。（划重点：仅指定了化学成分）有理由相信，SAE钢等级最初可能直接引用了AISI的钢等级编码规则体系，SAE/AISI的相关标准或规范中，通常可以发现，相同的钢代号对应的化学成分的规定是完全一致的。这套编码通常由4位数字组合组成，合金元素由前2位数字表示，碳含量由后2位数字表示。（注：不锈钢也包含在AISI的钢规范范围内。不锈钢用3位数字代码表示，从2，3，4或5开始。其中，300系列奥氏体不锈钢和400系列马氏体不锈钢是最常见的不锈钢系列。）以下给出了SAE/AISI碳钢合金钢钢种大分类和SAE/AISI碳钢和合金钢钢级分类规则表，解释了每个4位数字组合所表示的碳钢或合金钢的钢种类型及其相应化学成分范围的规定。注释：第1个数字，代表钢的最主要的合金化元素。在SAE-AISI命名体系中，1xxx组代表碳钢，也就是以碳作为最主要的合金化元素。由于不同碳钢之间存在某些性能的根本性区别，因此，它们被进一步分为4类。普通碳钢中，10xx系列，代表最大含锰量为1.00％，加硫碳钢用11xx系列代表，加硫加磷碳钢用12xx系列代表；非加硫高锰（Mn含量1.65％以下）的碳钢用15xx系列表示。非加硫高锰碳钢的开发，是为了确保更好的机械加工性能。第2个数字，用于表明钢中次重要的合金化元素，这种合金元素可能会使钢的性能发生重大改变。例如，在1018钢中，10XX系列中的0，表示不存在除碳以外的重要合金元素，例如硫。钢中添加适量的硫，可保证钢具有更好的可机械加工性能。由于所有有助于切削加工的元素，如硫，铅，钙等都不纯净，或直接来源于矿藏，这些元素在炼钢过程中无法完全均匀化，并且还会产生条线状夹杂物，块状夹杂物或其他缺陷，从而影响钢的某些性能。最后2位数，用于表示不同钢级的钢中，碳含量平均值的0.01%的倍数。例如，SAE/AISI 1018，表示碳含量平均值为0.18％的普通碳钢。SAE/AISI 5130表示铬含量平均值为1％和碳含量平均值为0.30％的铬钢。有时，会在代码组的第2个和第3个数字之间添加一个附加字母，例如11L41，12L14或50B40。字母L表示添加铅（0.15％至0.35％），用以改善钢的可机械加工性。字母B表示向低碳钢中添加硼（在0.0005％和0.003％之间），用以提高钢的硬度。此外，对用于制造机器和结构件中非关键零件的热轧钢棒的普通优质钢，可用前缀M表示。AISI编码还使用字母前缀来表示炼钢工艺，前缀“C”表示平炉，电弧炉或碱性氧气炉，而“E”表示电弧炉钢。在合金钢编号之后添加的后缀H，用于表示钢的淬透性是对该钢种的主要要求，对化学成分的要求可适当放松，也即对Jominy试验定义的距淬火端不同距离处的硬度值的要求是严格的。再次郑重声明：SAE/AISI的钢级代号本身不是标准，只规定了不同等级钢的化学成分范围，通常需要结合标准使用。（如ASTM/AMSE或SAE等）编辑于 2024-01-02 16:37・IP 属地江苏钢材钢板赞同 145 条评论分享喜欢收藏申请转载文章被以下专栏收录轧钢之家轧钢行业资讯、技术专题、专家

关于AISI
北京科学智能研究院(AISI)成立于2021年9月，由鄂维南院士领衔，致力于将人工智能技术与科学研究相结合，加速不同科学领域的发展和突破，推动科学研究范式的革新，建设引领世界的「AI for Science」基础设施体系。

How Steel Is Made
Steel is primarily produced using one of two methods: Blast Furnace or Electric Arc Furnace.
The blast furnace is the first step in producing steel from iron oxides. The first blast furnaces appeared in the 14th century and produced one ton per day. Even though equipment is improved and higher production rates can be achieved, the processes inside the blast furnace remain the same. The blast furnace uses coke, iron ore and limestone to produce pig iron.
Coal traditionally has been a key part of the coke-making process. The coal is crushed and ground into a powder and then charged into an oven where it is heated to approximately 1800°F in the absence of oxygen. As the oven is heated, the coal begins to melt so most of the volatile matter such as oil, tar, hydrogen, nitrogen and sulfur are removed. The cooked coal, called coke, is removed from the oven after 18 to 24 hours of reaction time. The coke is cooled and screened into pieces ranging from one inch to four inches. The coke is a porous, hard black rock of concentrated carbon (contains 90 to 93 percent carbon), which has some ash and sulfur but compared to raw coal is very strong. The strong pieces of coke with a high energy value provide permeability, heat and gases which are required to reduce and melt the iron ore, pellets and sinter. Today, natural gas is increasingly being added in place of coke to the same degree in the blast furnace to reduce carbon emissions.
The first electric arc furnaces (EAFs) appeared in the late 19th Century. The use of EAFs has expanded and now accounts for over 70 percent of steel production in the United States. The EAF is different from the blast furnace as it produces steel by using an electrical current to melt scrap steel, direct reduced iron, and/or pig iron, to produce molten steel.

AISI Updates Six Cold-Formed Steel Design Standards
The new North American design standards include the Cold-Formed Steel Nonstructural Framing (AISI S220) and the Cold-Formed Steel Structural Framing (AISI S240).

The American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) has updated six cold-formed steel (CFS) design standards. AISI is an accredited consensus organization by the American National Standards Institute for developing American National Standards.
AISI’s updated standards have been adopted into the 2021 International Building Code.
The task of creating and updating CFS design standards is accomplished through two voluntary consensus committees—the AISI Committee on Specifications and the AISI Committee on Framing Standards.
The standards are available for free download from AISI. The updated standards include:
AISI S202, Code of Standard Practice for Cold-Formed Steel Structural Framing
AISI S220, North American Standard for Cold-Formed Steel Nonstructural Framing
AISI S240, North American Standard for Cold-Formed Steel Structural Framing
AISI S310, North American Standard for the Design of Profiled Steel Diaphragm Panels
AISI S400, North American Standard for Seismic Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Systems
AISI S100-16 (2020) w/S2-20, North American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members, 2016 Edition (reaffirmed 2020) with Supplement 2
“These updated standards have been approved by ANSI and adopted into the 2021 International Building Code,” says Jay Larson, P.E., F.ASCE, managing director of AISI’s Construction Technical Program.
The six released AISI standards include the most up-to-date industry research and state-of-the-art practices for CFS framing. They reflect significant changes that ensure steel’s reliability and competitiveness with other materials in the construction market.
“We appreciate the work of all the researchers who helped expand the body of knowledge and the diligence of the members of the AISI Committee on Specifications and the AISI Committee on Framing Standards in considering proposed changes, reviewing comments, and refining the provisions of these important standards,” Larson says.
AISI serves as the voice of the American steel industry in the public policy arena and advances the case for steel in the marketplace as the preferred material of choice. AISI also plays a lead role in the development and application of new steels and steelmaking technology.
