x工艺_百度百科 网页新闻贴吧知道网盘图片视频地图文库资讯采购百科百度首页登录注册进入词条全站搜索帮助首页秒懂百科特色百科知识专题加入百科百科团队权威合作下载百科APP个人中心收藏查看我的收藏0有用+10Finex工艺播报讨论上传视频直接用粉矿和非炼焦煤粉冶炼铁水的新工艺本词条缺少概述图，补充相关内容使词条更完整，还能快速升级，赶紧来编辑吧！Finex是一种直接用粉矿和非炼焦煤粉冶炼铁水的新工艺。Finex工艺的关键技术是在主流化床反应器内将铁矿粉还原成粉状DRI（直接还原铁），DRI经热压成形后，利用熔融气化炉将DRI热压铁块熔融还原为铁水。与传统的高炉炼铁工艺相比，Finex炼铁工艺省去了炼焦和烧结过程，生产的铁水质量可以与高炉及Corex工艺相媲美。世界上唯一一座Finex工艺装备（年产150万t铁水）已于2007年4月10日在浦项点火投产，设计产能4300t/d。中文名Finex工艺定 义直接用粉矿和非炼焦煤粉冶炼铁水的技术目录1发展历程2工艺过程3工艺特点发展历程播报编辑1992年12月，浦项制铁与西门子奥钢联公司签订了Corex C-2000工厂的建设合同。随后两家公司还签订了合作开发Finex工艺的协议，项目开发的主要目标是发展流化床还原粉铁矿的反应系统。1993-1996年，双方合作进行了实验室规模的粉矿还原实验和冷态流化床动力学研究。紧接着，浦项建立了日产能15t的热模拟实验设备，在一级流化床反应器内研究了在高温、高压、还原气氛条件下，铁矿粉的还原和流化床反应工序的动力学条件。1998年，浦项总部决定在现有Corex工厂附近新建一套日产能150t的流化床还原粉矿的半工业实验装置。1999-2002年进行的多次实验结果表明，流化床还原铁矿粉系统可以满足工业化生产的要求，其工艺技术具有可行性。此外，浦项还成功进行了将流化床还原得到的粉状DRI热压成热压铁块的工艺实验。在此之后，浦项决定建立年产能60万t的Finex F-2000示范工厂，进一步验证Finex技术整个工艺流程的可行性。该示范工厂于2001年1月开工建设，并于2003年5月开始投产运行。Finex F-2000示范工厂的工艺系统中第一次安置了流化床反应器系统和粉状DRI热压设备。浦项还对原先的Corex C-2000工厂进行了相应的改造，将熔融气化炉用作F-2000示范工厂的熔融装置和煤气发生装置，同时将竖炉用作储料仓和加料仓。逐级放大的流化床反应器在Finex工艺的开发中起着决定性的作用。到2004年年初，Finex F-2000示范工厂的生产已趋于稳定，铁水产能超过2000t/d。2004年4月，示范工厂的生产运行又上升到一个重要阶段。由于二氧化碳脱除系统开始运行，可以循环利用流化床的排除煤气，不再仅仅由流化床还原系统决定整个工艺系统的煤耗，故吨铁煤耗进一步降低。对流化床排出的煤气进行循环利用，流化床还原系统变得更加独立，减少了对熔融气化炉系统的依赖，吨铁煤耗降低到950kg的水平。2005年10月，工艺优化的又一个重要步骤是粉煤喷吹（PCI）工艺的应用。通过逐步提高喷煤比到300kg/t，总煤耗下降列800 kg/t以下，最低月平均煤耗纪录为750kg/t，与现代高炉生产铁水的燃料比相当。当喷煤比达到250kg/t时，总煤耗可以减少100kg/t。这是由于熔融气化炉中焦床的停留时间提高了20%，碳的利用率也提高了10%。自2006年年初，Finex F-2000示范工厂开始工业化生产铁水，铁水的最大产量达90万t/a(设计产能为60万t/a)。由于Finex示范工厂的运行取得了良好的效果，作为Finex工艺开发项目的一部分，浦项制铁于2004年投资折合人民币87亿元在浦项厂建设了世界上第—座年产能为150万t的Finex工业化工厂，并于2007年4月30日顺利点火投产，2007年9月以后产能已达到设计水平（4300t/d），最高达4400t/d，煤耗平均850kg/t，最低700kg/t。工艺过程播报编辑在Finex工艺中，流化床由四级反应器组成，粉矿和粒度8mm以下的添加剂由矿槽经提升进入流化床反应器R4，在R4中干燥预热，并按重力依次进入R3和R2中进行预还原，最后在底部的R1中进行还原。从R1排出的为热态粉状DRI，通过气力输送方式将DRI向上输送到热压块设备上部的喂料仓中。热态粉状DRl在双辊压块机中被压成条状的热压铁块，条状的热压铁块再被进一步打碎成块状，在热状态下输送到熔融气化炉顶部的料仓中。螺旋加料机通过下料管将料仓中的热压铁块添加到熔融气化炉中。当使用氧化球团时。在将其添加到熔融气化炉之前，将还原性煤气通入料仓中，可对球团进行一定程度的预热和预还原。在将热压铁块加入到熔融气化炉的同时，也将干燥后的块煤或经粉煤成形后的煤块从顶部加入熔融气化炉。熔融气化炉内的反应(包括热压铁块及煤灰熔融生成铁水和冶金渣的反应以及其它冶金反应)所需要的能量由煤的气化反应供给。喷煤系统通过风口向熔融气化炉内喷吹煤粉，产出的铁水和炉渣从炉缸内排出。气化反应产生的煤气先与变压吸附设备(PSA)产生的冷煤气以及来自冷煤气系统的加压煤气混合，然后进入热旋风除尘器除尘。热旋风除尘器中分离出的粉尘通过粉尘燃烧器返吹到熔融气化炉中回收，得到循环利用。熔融气化炉中的压力由过剩煤气净化器控制。热压块储仓顶部排出的煤气在炉顶煤气净化器中快速冷却后，与过剩煤气混合。部分流化床排出煤气与炉顶煤气及过剩煤气混合，并循环用于冷却热发生煤气和控制流化床系统的还原煤气。为此，循环煤气需在PSA装置中脱除二氧化碳，并经过压缩机加压。输出煤气是未循环利用的外排煤气和PSA装置尾气的混合煤气。当总煤耗为850kg/t时，可输出煤气1530m3/t。工艺特点播报编辑Finex采用气基还原技术，以低成本的粉矿和煤粉为原燃料，通过多级流态化床反应器对粉矿进行直接还原，铁水质量与高炉铁水相差无几。因此，Finex工艺可省去焦化、烧结和球团工艺，减少污染排放和炼焦煤等资源及能源的消耗；此外，与同等规模的高炉相比，Finex工艺设备的建设成本只相当于高炉的80%，生产成本是高炉的85%左右。新手上路成长任务编辑入门编辑规则本人编辑我有疑问内容质疑在线客服官方贴吧意见反馈投诉建议举报不良信息未通过词条申诉投诉侵权信息封禁查询与解封©2024 Baidu 使用百度前必读 | 百科协议 | 隐私政策 | 百度百科合作平台 | 京ICP证030173号 京公网安备110000020000fēnix 6 系列 | Garmin 佳明
